About turnaround and how we work.
Without Fast Pass, we process in the order we receive your film. The times at the top of this page are the current averages for color C-41 and black and white, from order start to order finish. They're estimates, not guarantees. Color E-6 and ECN-2 take up to one month. Order size and the options you choose can add time too. We'll always put quality ahead of speed.
Yes, Fast Pass. It moves your order to the front of the line, and the exact timing for your film and process shows on the order page when you pick it. Fast Pass isn't available for E-6 or ECN-2. Fast Pass covers delivery of your digital scans only. It doesn't speed up return shipping of physical items or delivery of contact sheets.
We email you when your package is checked in, and again when your order ships back, with USPS tracking. If you have an account, the same updates are on your order page anytime.
The clock starts when your film is received and checked in at our lab, not when you place your order online. Processing days are Monday to Friday. We look at how long orders finished in the last 30 days took, then average the three most common results. That way the number reflects what most customers actually see, and one unusually fast or slow order doesn't skew it.
